Welcome to Myddfai Herbs, a website dedicated to promoting awareness and understanding of the Welsh tradition of herbal medicine, along with its historical links to other European herbal traditions.
The name 'Myddfai Herbs' derives from the little Carmarthenshire village of Myddfai, where the legendary Physicians of Myddfai lived, worked and derived their inspiration.
Stella Byrne (Anderson) started her herbal practice of Myddfai Herbs in 1979. Since 2002 Dylan Warren-Davis has been collaborating with Stella at Myddfai Herbs.
